This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing handmade quilts from our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.


1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders for our handmade quilts are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.


 

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 5-7 business days

 

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

General Policy

Due to the unique, handmade nature of our quilts, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than shipping damage.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your handmade quilt arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or a full refund. To initiate a claim for a damaged product, please follow these steps:


 

  1. Contact our customer service team at Customerservice@eboni-comfort.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the damage.

  3. Include clear photographic evidence of the damage, including photos of the packaging if it was also damaged.

 

Assessment and Resolution

Upon receipt of your claim and photographic evidence, we will assess the damage. If your claim is approved, we will:


 

  • Offer a replacement of the same or a similar product, subject to availability.

  • Issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

 

Refunds typically take 10-15 business days to process and appear in your account.

Conditions for Eligibility

  • Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect is required.

  • The product must not have been used or altered after delivery.
